We’re Fox & Brian, owners and planners here at Get Married Oahu. We have over 19 years of experience in the wedding industry, and we use that to create a seamless experience as we help you plan your event. Our plans incorporate beautiful detail, as we work with the best vendors in Oahu.

Our journey starts with Fox making the decision to leave her job teaching because she had been burned out and we needed to make a change in our life in order to improve our mental health. It was then that we decided to change our direction. Brian having finished his masters degree in music performance, and trying to figure out how we could live off of a musician’s talent, we decided to open up our first wedding business. We named that business Brian Ivan Guitar, and that first endeavor was the catalyst in finding our way and becoming who we are now. That was in 2008.

Since our first leap of faith, we have had over 15 years of fantastic experiences in the industry, started a photography business, and got our wedding minister’s certificate. Elopements and Vow Renewals

Here is a catalog of our most recent services. We offer them individually and as collections. You’ll find better savings as you move into the collections. If you want to change, add, subtract anything please let us know. We also provide live streaming and smartphone video capture as well as social media content creation, photo mini sessions for your guests, and more.

Consultation

Don’t sweat the details. We walk you through every step, right down to helping you write your proposal script and vows. We love talking weddings so call any time.

Officiant for Ceremonies - $395

We will help you put together a seamless ceremony, from permits to certification. Includes Hawai’ian inspired lei ceremony, as well as help you customize your ceremony specifically for you.

Live Musician for Weddings & Ceremonies - $600

Add- On | Additional 1 Hour Live Musician - $250

1 hour additional music for reception. We will provide a mix of live music and a curated playlist. Audio system and microphone also provided.

Add- On Only | Wireless Audio Capture - $200

Records your voices for video capture or use it with our speaker service for amplification of sound for guests. Wireless lavaliers

Add- On Only | Speakers - $250 - $400

Amplifies sound for guests for ceremonies, cocktail hour, or dinner. We have options for Wireless lavaliers as well as standing microphones.

Elopement Photography - 1 hour - $1300

Up to 1 hour coverage which includes photos just before the ceremony, during the ceremony, and a couples/family session afterwards. Includes 60 professionally edited images delivered digitally, with options to upgrade; and a $400 print credit for prints and albums with minimum print order of $1000

Elopement Photography - 2 hour - $1650

Up to 2 hours coverage which includes photos just before the ceremony, during the ceremony, and a couples/family session afterwards. Includes 80 professionally edited images delivered digitally, with options to upgrade; and a $500 print credit for prints and album with minimum print order of $1000

Add- On Only | Drone Footage - $250

Photo drone capture to add to your photo previews. Up to 15 minutes.

Add on Only | Live Streaming and Videography - $400

Have recorded smartphone video footage either streaming live or a smartphone video of your ceremony sent to you, unedited. You may request an edited video compilation for an additonal fee. | Starting at $400

Wedding Event Planning

We guide you step by step to create the perfect event. We’ll help with all the details like finding vendors, tracking your budget, design, logistics, and so much more for an event that is truly unique. This is for clients who want a more hands-on approach to their wedding or special event.

Tips and advice for working with vendors, to helping with budget, timeline, and tasklists. We are available to you from the date you book us.

Organizational Assistance

We stay organized so you don’t have to. We guide you through by providing task-lists, event timeline, budget assistance, reminders for important dates, running errands, as well as finalizing details with vendors and same day coordination.

Day of Coordination

Wedding coordinators on site to help with layout, organizing, paying vendors, as well as assistance with set-up, style and decor from the ceremony and plans afterward.

Ceremony Coordinator

We help you plan the timeline style, and details of your ceremony, and will be on site to ensure it runs smoothly. This includes assitance with the order of the ceremony and your many options, communicating and queing vendors for smooth transitions.
