We’re Fox & Brian, owners and planners here at Get Married Oahu. We have over 15 years of experience in the wedding industry, and we use that to create a seamless experience as we help you plan your event. Our plans incorporate beautiful detail, as we work with the best vendors in Oahu.

Our journey starts with Fox making the decision to leave her job teaching because she had been burned out and we needed to make a change in our life in order to improve our mental health. It was then that we decided to change our direction. Brian having finished his masters degree in music performance, and trying to figure out how we could live off of a musician’s talent, we decided to open up our first wedding business. We named that business Brian Ivan Guitar, and that first endeavor was the catalyst in finding our way and becoming who we are now. That was in 2008.

Since our first leap of faith, we have had over 15 years of fantastic experiences in the industry, started a photography business, and got our wedding minister’s certificate. The Basics

Proposals, Elopements, Vow Renewals

Plan a seamless proposal or celebrate your marriage or vow renewal with this package. We work with you to create a magical experience for you and your partner (while also helping you keep it a secret if that’s what you want). This package comes with time for the proposal, a ceremony officiant, choice between flower accessories, and professional photography to capture the ceremony as well as a posed photo session. We also provide guidance on your proposal speech and vows!

Don’t sweat the details. We walk you through every step, right down to helping you write your proposal script and vows.

Beach Permit and Liability Insurance

Choice of Floral Accessory

Choose between a rose petal path, a small bouquet, two leis, or two flower crowns from our favorite local floral artisan. Additional floral option are available for an additional fee.

Officiant for Ceremonies, Live Musician for Proposals

We will help you put together a seamless ceremony, from permits to certification. An officiant is provided who offers hawaiian inspired lei ceremony, as well as help you customize your ceremony specifically for you.

Keepsake Certificate of Your Ceremony

We provide a certificate, signed by our officiant, to commemorate your day.

Professional Photography

We’ll capture your proposal and celebration, afterward we provide a 20 minute styled photography session. This includes 20 professionally edited, print-ready images of your choice, delivered digitally. Additional images are $10 each. Optional | Live Musician Add-On

Choice of fingerstyle guitar and ukulele available. Choose 2-3 of your favorite songs to be played live during your ceremony. Brian will play while he officiates. We take special requests, and can play the hawaiian wedding song during your ceremony as well.

Optional | Live Streaming and Videography

Have recorded smartphone video footage either streaming live or a smartphone video of your ceremony sent to you, unedited. You may request an edited video compilation for an additonal fee. | Starting at $400

Optional | Custom Staging

From arches to marquees, this is for the ones who want a more elaborate setup. We have several options and can customize to any request. | Starting at $499

Optional | Beachside Picnic
